I thought of a build for rot this morning but I can't get a group up due to lack of people in temple of ages. I'm sure it will work and hope it helps.

3 necros or monks with grenths balance,vital blessing,prot spirit and demonic flesh

1 necro with spiteful spirit,reckless haste,price of failure and suffering

2 monks with blood is power,dwayna's kiss,healing touch,ethereal light,orison of healing,remove hex and either rebirth or smite hex

You can bring heros in to help with chaining charge or fall back to get there and to set behind after killing near rot and to help kill his clerics.
After that point the ss nec can move up solo to the bottom of the cliff safe from arrow dmg and clear the bone dragons rather quickly.You can also go 2 man and very easily kill the dragons with ss.
After there is only rotwing left the balance necs move up and have prot spirit on them to take controlled amounts of dmg and I say 3 because deathly swarm hit 3 targets. Curses and conditions can clean up his left over hp too low for g.b. I suppose. This build can be run with less or more i just think 5 keeps it fast and at a good enough drop rate. Leave me some feedback please!

It's a guaranteed drop. The more in the party, the faster you can do 8 runs to get everyone a bow...as long as people agree to share.
